Returns

In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Act, as well as what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 7 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from the purchase of non-perishable products. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original seal intact, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come with the original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective. Jamonlux will pay the order value once it has been verified that the merchandise meets the previous conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must bear the transportation costs. To request this return, you must communicate it to the email atencaocliente@jamonlux.com.

If the product is defective at the time of delivery or the defect is due to a transport incident, you must notify it within 24 hours of receipt to the email atencaocliente@jamonlux.com

In the case of food products, they can only be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order, for reasons of defect and never for commercial reasons. As soon as we receive the order with the original packaging and verify the cause of the defect, Jamonlux will issue a full refund using the same method in which the order was paid.
